Mr Jason Williams

Director | BSc (Hons) MRICS, FISVA

Jason is a Chartered Surveyor and one of the founder members of the firm. Jason qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994 and became self employed in 1995. His favourite area of general practice surveying is residential surveys and valuations and he is passionate that small independent firms are best placed to offer this service. Over the years, he has built up a large private client bank following due to his strong belief in providing a personal, friendly and tailor made service.

Mr Rhodri Poiner

Director | BSc (Hons) MRICS IRRV (Hons), AISVA

Rhodri joined Mallard Chartered Surveyors as a Director in 2012. Rhodri has an extensive knowledge of all areas of commercial property having worked for national based practices since qualifying as a Member of the RICS in 2003. Rhodri’s specialist areas include Commercial Valuations, Landlord and Tenant and Business Rates appeals on behalf of both national and private clients.

Gayle Hunt

Sales Manager |

Gayle has been in the property market for over 27 years. She studied Estate Management & Valuation in London. Gayle has held sales and lettings manager’s roles across Llanelli, Carmarthenshire and Swansea areas, affording her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the housing market.

Susan Samuel

Senior Sales Negotiator |

Susan has worked for Mallard since October 1999 and is our longest serving staff member. Having lived and worked in the area, Susan has a thorough knowledge of the property market in and around Llanelli. She is a fluent Welsh speaker.

Beth Locking

Lettings Manager |

Beth has worked for Mallard since 2003 but has worked in the housing market for 26 years. She has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the property market and is now in charge of our successful and expanding rental department.

Joanna Evans

Lettings Negotiator |

Joanna joined us in 2020 with 20 years’ experience in the industry. She has gained wide experience in both sales and lettings over the years and is currently working in our letting department.

Lynne has worked with Mallard for 20 years. She is a valued member of the team and works in the Survey Department.

Survey Department Administrator |

Catherine has worked for the company for 14 years and has gained experience in both Lettings and Surveys. She is now working in our Survey Department.

Laura Williams

Survey Department Administrator |

Laura joined Mallard in February 2012 upon the opening of the Mumbles Survey office. She is responsible for running the survey department and is assisted by two members of administrative staff, Julie Gray & Tina Prosser

Gareth Davies

Consultant Chartered Surveyor | MRICS

Gareth is a Chartered Building Surveyor. Gareth acts as a consultant to Mallard, having previously run his own practice in London. Gareth has many specialities, particularly Party Wall Act matters & building surveys. Gareth qualified in 1989.

Victoria Williams

Valuer and Sales Negotiator |

Victoria has been a sales negotiator and valuer for over 26 years, and has knowledge of both housing and land valuation and potential. With experience in Carmarthenshire and Gwendraeth Valley areas, Victoria is well-placed to meet your property needs

Oliver Williams

Trainee RICS Valuation Surveyor | BSc (Hons)

Oliver assists with valuations, surveys and lettings and hopes to qualify in the next 18 months.
